Fundraise for the American Diabetes Association by creating an event that can be anything from a walk or bike ride, fitness class, givebacks, sports tournaments, golf events, and more.  You choose the move!

  • School Walks – get your students and faculty active by hosting a fundraiser at your school
  • Community Walks / Bike Rides – whether walking, riding, or hiking, plan a fun and safe route
  • Sports Tournaments – golf, basketball, soccer, bowling, and more!  Host a tournament for your favorite sport.
  • Gym/studio – Team up with your favorite exercise class and partner with the studio to donate the class fees to your fundraiser.

These fundraising events are held in your community or within your organization.  Note - if you’re raising funds by participating in an organized race or athletic event you have signed up for and are not creating a team, you may want to consider setting up a Personal Athletic Fundraiser  Either way – you will be getting active and raising money for the American Diabetes Association!

1. Decide what type of fundraiser or event you will host and if it will be a team or just you. Please read our rules and guidelines for hosting a Personal Fundraiser.

 2. Register your fundraiser.

3. Update your participant center with your event details, and fundraising goal, share your “why” for raising money for the American Diabetes Association, and invite others to join you.
